To defeat Prime Objective 40 and gain access to the Summon Titan tactic, try this approach. First, build raptors on one rally zone (put them in their own control group) and jetbikes on all your other rally zones.
Deploy half your jetbikes and beacon them to the left, to destroy the supply (for extra energy). Meanwhile, use deathstorm/orbital to destroy some of the whirlwinds.
Once you are done taking out the supplies, send the bikes to attack the whirlwinds at the top. At the same time, deploy the rest of your bikes and beacon them to the whirlwinds at the bottom. Focus on the whirlwinds until they are all gone, using haywire/dominate to disable the other turrets. Be careful not to haywire your own bikes.
Once all 4 whirlwinds are destroyed, your raptors can move without risk of taking any fire. Deploy them and beacon them straight to the HQ.
If you don't have raptors yet, this base will be much harder to defeat. But use a similar approach to the above, only use the bikes to take out all the turrets that can reach behind the HQ. Meanwhile, get a good hero and/or some tacticals behind the HQ. If you can get the hero/tacticals safely behind the HQ, they can slowly work its health down.
